The fastest way to reach us is email:[support@mentio.dev](mailto:support@mentio.dev). It goes to the people who build Mentio, not to a ticket queue.

## What to write about

-   **Support.** A keyword that is not matching, a mention that was scored wrong, an integration that will not connect. Include the email of your workspace and, where it applies, the mention or keyword id, and we can look at exactly what you saw.
-   **Billing.** Top-ups, refunds and invoices. Receipts live in the customer portal, reachable from the billing page of the dashboard.
-   **Privacy requests.** Access, correction or deletion of your account data, and removal of your public profile from our index, as described in the[privacy policy](/privacy).
-   **Security.** If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to the same address with the details. Those messages are read first.
-   **Enterprise.** Volume discounts, invoicing and custom sources: use the[enterprise form](/enterprise) or email.
