# Remove your posts from Mentio

Mentio is a social listening service. Our customers track keywords, and when a public post on a platform like X, Reddit, Hacker News, Bluesky or GitHub mentions one, we store the post with the author's public name, handle, avatar, follower counts and, for some platforms, public profile facts such as bio, company, location, website and linked accounts. The full details are in our[privacy policy](/privacy).

If you ask us to remove your accounts, we delete your posts from every customer workspace, empty your profile, and stop storing new posts from those accounts. We keep only the profile link as a suppression record so we can keep honouring your request. A person on our team reviews every request before anything is deleted, and we finish within 30 days.

Prefer email? Write to [support@mentio.dev](mailto:support@mentio.dev) with the same details.
