Connect the company’s Trustpilot page to a keyword in Mentio, then add an alert rule. New reviews are read once a day and sent to Slack, Telegram, email or a webhook, and a rule can take only the one- and two-star ones. Can I monitor a competitor’s Trustpilot reviews? Yes. Mentio reads public reviews, so any company works, not only yours, and no Trustpilot Business account is needed. Connect it to its own keyword to read its reviews next to yours. Which Trustpilot sites are covered? All of them.
